About the Role

Responsibilities: 

  • Briefs topics to USSF senior leadership, Space Staff members, and other audiences as required. 

  • Conducts research, proposes topics for production, and writes authoritative expert-level analytic products on various foreign space and counterspace capabilities to ensure senior USSF leaders have timely and continuous insight into threats and opportunities in the space domain. 

  • Fuses all-source intelligence into concise, impactful products while following established intelligence community and USSF/S2 standards and tradecraft. 

  • Conducts research, analysis, and assessment on Space capabilities as well as emerging Space technologies. 

  • Briefs/submits assessments to USSF senior leadership, Space Staff members, and other audiences as required.

Requirements

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 10-15 years of experience in an Intelligence Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Analysis, Policy or Planning field, Speechwriting, or equivalent experience/responsibility

  • Experience in the intelligence career field

  • Clearance: Current TS/SCI elibility

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working with foreign space and counterspace intelligence.

  • Experience working across the intelligence community for analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
