
About the Role
PatchPlus Consulting is seeking a seasoned advisor to the Air National Guard (ANG) Intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) program element monitor (PEM) for immediate hire at the ANG Readiness Center on Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. This is a dynamic, collaborative work environment among military, government civilian and contractor personnel working toward organizing, equipping and training Air National Guard field units.
Requirements
At least 10 years experience working in the miltary intelligence community
Understanding of planning, programming, budgeting and execution (PPBE) of military ISR requirements and resources, ideally within the Air Force POM (Program Objective Memorandum)
Familiarity with service-level strategy, policies, concepts, and objectives, and Congressional decisions – ideally Air Force and/or Air National Guard
Exposure to cost comparison-benefit analyses of current or projected programs and developing lifecycle cost analyses, ideally including Congressional Justification Book (CJB) entries
Proven communication skills in presenting and defending ANG ISR recommendations, assessments, and analysis to senior leaders; demonstrated ability to recommend responses to ANG, AF, State and DoD senior leaders and Congress
Participation in mission set program management events such as Program Management Reviews (PMRs), site visits, site assistance visits
Current US Top Secret security clearance
