Requirements
Education:
Master’s degree in a field related to teaching methodology or business
training development with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, or
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to teaching methodology or business
training development with a minimum of 6 years’ experience; or
No degree with more than 10 years of teaching methodology training development AND warfighting operational experience
Experience:
At least 5 years’ related experience in Instructional System Design development as well as thorough knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training and use and application of off-the-shelf tools and associated equipment and systems
At least 5 year’s demonstrated experience developing training requirements
At least 5 years’ of adult learning training development
