If so, PatchPlus Consulting Inc. is seeking a Program Management Consultant to join our team in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area!
Responsibilities:
As a Joint Interoperability & Data Link Training Center (JID-TC) Program Manager, you will provide leadership and direction in the delivery of courseware to train leaders and JDN operators responsible for C2 data architecture, management and displays spanning multiple security levels. You will work closely with your team to identify and assess risks, evaluate student performance and feedback, develop course plans and procedures, and manage the execution of training events and courses.
Responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with the JID to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Developing, updating and implementing JID-TC course plans and annual reviews
Conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies
Managing project timelines and contract budgets
Planning and coordinating military training events and training course execution
Conducting after-action course reviews and providing recommendations for improvement
Delivering Monthly Status Reports (MSR) of conducted analysis, curriculum development, lesson plan development, presentation development, student guide development, assessment development and lab/practical application development
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Project Management certification
Experience:
5+ years' experience organizing and managing high performing organizations
At least 5 years' experience in program and project management, joint datalink operations, operational planning, military training, or joint/service operations center support
A minimum of 3 years' experience in planning, scheduling, or leading joint training activities
Extensive knowledge of CJCSM 3115-series manuals and related publications
Ability to successfully direct, manage, and coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives in courseware planning and course management
Leadership experience in strategic planning, operations management, financial oversight, and advisory and consulting skills on controversial business issues
Demonstrated experience in the preparation of scenarios for joint training
Highly desired:
Graduate of the Joint Datalink Network Operator (JDNO) or Staff (JDNSC) course
Experience and familiarity with employment of GCCS and related datalink systems, and/or Common Operating/Common Tactical Picture tools
