
About the Role
As a Joint Interoperability & Data Link Training Center (JID-TC) Senior Management Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and support for Joint Data Network operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and you will provide recommendations for improving JDN training operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with program managers and JID clients to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Provide course continuity and be a lead instructor/Subject Matter Expert
Providing expertise and experience in delivering JID-TC courseware to joint warfighters
Developing and complying with Change Management SOP
Analyzing and updating JDN courseware, curriculum, and related plans
Conducting research and analysis of JDN training operations to identify areas for improvement
Conducting test question analysis, revision, and recommending Courseware Change Requests
Ensuring courseware and related deliverables are standardized, to include Plans of Instruction, Course Schedules, Instructor Guides, Student Guides, Student Workbooks, practical exercises, examinations, and other JDNO courseware
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience: or
No degree with at least 5 years Joint Data Network experience
Experience:
Understanding of the impact of each domain on a Common Tactical Picture/Common Operational Picture (CTP/COP)
Understanding of components, data feeds, domains supported, and special data such as: Intelligence, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Automatic Identification System (AIS), Blue Force Tracker/Friendly Force Tracker (BFT/FFT), Space, other government agency (OGA), Partner Nations Networks and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) data
Knowledge of how JDNO will serve as an enabler of JADC2 principles and be leveraged to support C2 in JADC2 by all five domains
Knowledge of Joint Doctrine
Ability to evaluate curriculum needs, develop curriculum, and teach curriculum
Understanding of Joint Command & Control (C2) Organizations
At least 5 years’ experience in joint training
