Candidate must be able to navigate staffing processes and effectively communicate ideas across a range of organizations in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and will participate in training and tactics development for Defensive Cyberspace Operations forces at the tactical and operational levels.
This position is onsite at Schriever SFB and off-base commercial facilities but may include occasional remote work.

Active TS/SCI security clearance
Compliance with DoD COVID-19 vaccination requirements
Cyberspace operations: Mission Defense Team (MDT) or Cyber Protection Team (CPT)
10 years operational experience and Bachelor's degree or 15+ years’ experience
Familiarity with engaging with multiple DoD and Intelligence Community organizations (SpOC, SSC, AFCYBER, NRO, NSA, USSPACECOM, USCYBERCOM) at multiple levels (e.g., Section, Division, Delta, Directorate and HQ levels)
Self-motivated and innovative problem-solver
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent Soft skills
USAF Weapons School Graduate or Cyber Weapons and Tactics experience
Recent military Defensive Cyberspace Operations experience
